When Congress revised the Bankruptcy Law in 2005, it characterized law firms who offer bankruptcy assistance as an option to financially troubled consumers as “debt relief agencies”.  Although this is not a characterization we would have chosen, we are required to advise the general public that we are a debt relief agency who assists consumers in filing for bankruptcy.

Our firm has represented healthcare professionals and entities in the defense of medical malpractice and other health related claims since 1994.  We also represent individuals who may have suffered personal injuries from any sources other than health care providers.
